Sean_Ginley

For the past three seasons, Ryan has served as Superintendent at Tripoli Country Club, bringing a strong background in championship-level golf course management and agronomy to our historic club. Prior to joining Tripoli, Ryan spent six years as Superintendent of the 27-hole course at Ivanhoe Club. Before that, he served four years as Assistant Superintendent at Medinah Country Club and also gained valuable experience at several renowned clubs including Skokie Country Club, Bel-Air Country Club, and Butler National Golf Club.

Raised in a family of golf superintendents and professionals, Ryan developed a deep appreciation for the game and the traditions of classic golf course design, including our historic Tom Bendelow-designed course. He earned his degree in Agronomy from Michigan State University in 2010.

Originally from Texas, Ryan has called the Midwest home for the past 15 years. Throughout his career, he has worked at a wide range of facilities, from a 9-hole driving range to nationally recognized Top 100 golf courses, and has overseen preparations for two nationally televised professional tour events.
