Mikayla Sells

Mikayla is a Milwaukee native. She attended Heritage Christian High School before earning her degree in Management and Marketing, as well as her MBA, from Concordia University Wisconsin. Her career in the hospitality industry began during her freshman year of college when she joined New Berlin Hills, a Troon-managed property, as an intern. Through her dedication, leadership, and passion for guest experience, she quickly advanced into the role of Banquet Manager, where she developed a strong foundation in event coordination, client relations, and operations management. During her senior year, Mikayla also gained valuable corporate experience through an internship with Robert W. Baird & Co. in downtown Milwaukee, further strengthening her background in business and professional communication. Mikayla thrives in the event and hospitality industry because of her love for bringing people together and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with guests and ensuring every event feels seamless, welcoming, and memorable. Outside of work, Mikayla enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, thrifting, going on walks, and cheering on Milwaukee’s sports teams. She also values spending quality time with her friends and family and embracing everything the Milwaukee community has to offer.
