
| Chef Alessandro (“Alex”) Serni joined the Tripoli team as Executive Chef earlier this year. Originally from Barcelona, Chef Alex brings decades of experience in Italian, Spanish, French, Mediterranean, and Continental cuisine, with a focus on fresh pastas, open-fire cooking, and fine steaks. He has led kitchens at top resorts including the Four Seasons, InterContinental Los Angeles, and Terranea, and has worked as a Corporate and Task Force Chef with Troon, supporting properties across the U.S., Central America, and the Caribbean. Fluent in five languages and known for his calm, collaborative leadership, Chef Alex is already making his mark on our culinary program. |
